多维时空电力系统
本系统采用三维GIS高效率渲染技术、基于神经网络的机器学习技术、电力系统规划技术，为一套基于神经网络的电力规划辅助系统。电力系统规划经过近百年的发展，从原有的经验主义主导的规划进入到大数据支撑的电力系统规划，未来将向基于人工智能的最优电力系统规划方向发展。本系统旨在应用当下主流的三维GIS渲染与人工智能算法结合的方式，成为替代现有规划应用的规划辅助系统。（This system adopts three-dimensional GIS high-efficiency rendering technology, machine learning technology based on neural network, power system planning technology, as a set of auxiliary power planning system based on neural network.
