The invoicing software with warehouse for Windows, type of Client-Server, is suitable for companies that have their accounting processed by external accountants. The data are stored in a Firebird transactional SQL database, which takes care of the integrity and reliable storage of your data. This means that even with frequent power outages or accidental shutdowns of your PC, the stored data will remain intact. The program contains the entire agenda of processing business documents. It allows you to issue, search and print orders, proforma invoices, invoices, receipts and expenses from the warehouse, records of non-cash and cash payments up to exports to accounting systems. Issued invoices, as well as other documents, can be sent directly from the program by email. Optional is automatic invoicing, which allows the automatic issuance of various types of documents (invoices, pre-invoices, quotations, etc.) automatically, for addresses included in the selected group with assigned parameters. In this way, it is possible to issue, for example, regularly recurring invoices for rent, energy consumption, various services, etc.
